Nexuses should get it tomorrow. The Moto X 2 already got it. I hope my GPE M8 gets it this month.

I thought that the X2 had just had a limited soak test rather than a general OTA mass update?

I don't know about you, but to me "got the update" = "zip is on Xda to adb sideload." I can't stand the lottery games they do with releases, I sideload my devices.

Means my N7 and N5 should be getting it before that then, hopefully within a day or two.

I doubt the US G3 models will get the update anytime soon.
The article only mentions the international versions.

Still surprised how soon they are releasing it (LG and Motorola so far). Almost same time as the Nexus.

Goes without saying that if you want quick updates then don't get a carrier branded phone.

Is the G3 the only verizon phone to have Android 5 announced so far?

HTC One M8 and Xperia Z3v -- not sure about Samsung ones -- have been announced for Verizon IIRC.

It's only for Poland at the moment. Seems like LG just wanted to say they did it first so they found a small market to test it on.

Nice. Means XDA will have it ported on the g2 soon. I like the g3 rom port I have now.
