BP6 Bios Help?

I just installed a bp6 combo with 2 c400s. When booting the first time I got a win2k blue screen which is no biggie cause I backed everything up and was planning on reformatting anyway but the trouble is actually getting into the bios. I hold the del key, I tap the del key, everything but it just seems to bypass that first boot screen and go right to the HPT 366 controller screen, anyone have any ideas on something I might be missing here?
