BP6 and getting chips stable.....

The rig is a BP6 with the bp6_QQ.b01 BIOS, the two chips are cooled with FOP32-1's and Artic Silver and both have these markings fv524rx366 128 sl36c maylay, one is lapped and one isnt, a cirrus logic 5446 PCI video, Compaq NC3120 NIC, Promise FastTrack100 with the latest drives, (the shipping drivers blow), 2 - Quantum Fireball AS 20.5GB that are housed in Antec Drive Coolers, 4 80mm case fans in a Antec SX1030, 448MB 133MHz RAM (1-256 kingston, 1- 128 Micron CAS2, 1-64 Micron CAS2), Windows 2000 Server SP1. They run perfect at 366 but when I try 550 It boots all the way into W2K and then freezes, I have half heartedly tried different voltages and wonder if that is the way to go?

I was also informed that some BP6's have a Vcore problem that may limit the useability at 100fsb, what chip should I look for on the MoBo to see if that is indeed the version I got.
