BP6 and Celeron500

I have a BP6 with two Celeron500's. I can't get it to OC at all. No matter what I set the bus speed to it comes back and says CPU has been changed or is unworkable. Is this some limitation of the BP6 bios or have I done something wrong? I have the BP6_NJ.bin bios file installed.

celeron 500, i don't think you can o/c these chips at all...maybe 75mhz fsb..that's it...as far as that error msg...just press f1 to ignore it...

You can probably hit 562 (75FSB) by increasing the voltage to 2.1 or 2.2. Make sure you've got decent heatsinks and fans.

The other problem you have is that in SoftMenuII, you need to go in and disable CPU error checking....or something that sounds like that... I can't remember the exact wording. I think it is either the item just above or two above the voltage settings. Change this and you'll be ok for the "CPU has Changed or is Unworkable" message.
