If a man names his son after himself the boy is referred to as "junior". When he grows up if he has a son and names his son the same the boy is "III" and so on.

What about girls? If a mother has a daughter and names her the same what is she called?
 
In middel ages their name would be based off fathers name this is where 50% of modern girl names come from.
