Boyfriend's Boss is Sexist???

Prepare a written document detailing dates/times of the offenses, the content of the offenses and deliver to the company's HR dept.

If there is no HR dept, give it to the boss's boss. If he runs the company, seek legal counsel.
 
Their is one other employee in his department, and she gives ALL the information in that department to that one other employee, who is a girl of course. She never talks to him either. She does nothing crude but basicly acts like he is not in that department at all.
 
Details mean everything.

On second thought you can't do crap about what you just said. Are you gonna complain that she is closer to some other employee than your BF ? The HR would laugh you out of his/her office.

If you could prove that she doesn't talk to him specifically because he's a guy, then I think you'd have something to go on. Otherwise, it doesn't sound like much of anything at all. Maybe he did something to offend her (other than being a guy) and she doesn't like him. ::shrug::

I worked for a gay woman who treated me the same way. I hated working there towards the end. She could have died a horrible death and I would have smiled upon hearing the news. Unfortunately she's still alive. God I hated that woman. Evil biotch.

Your BF is screwed. Tell him to polish up his resume and move on.
