Any thinking person will reject the trash they are presenting anyway. Those who are stupid can vote Republican.

BOYCOTT SINCLAIR BROADCASTING

Sinclair is violating campaign finance laws to force its local affiliates to air anti-Kerry lies just before the election. It is giving free campaign advertising to Bush with a libelous screed against Kerry and his heroic service in Vietnam. If Sinclair succeeds, the Bush Administration has promised it will lift monopoly restrictions that currently prevent Sinclair from buying up two, three, and four stations in order to stifle free speech nationwide.

You owe it to your country to protect free speech from the likes of Sinclair. You can begin by boycotting these Sinclair advertisers and letting people know WHY you are doing it.

If you're in a restaurant and they ask if you want a "Pepsi." The response is NO. I will never drink Pepsi again because they support Sinclair Broadcasting, a media company that is illegally financing the Bush Campaign in exchange for media consolidation. I support free speech in America. So I'll have Coke (or water).

Here are the companies. Pass around the boycott list! This is not a complete list. For more information, click here: Sinclair Advertisers and Phone Numbers

Warner Brothers (Many Sinclair owned stations are WB stations. There is a substantial amount of "African-American programming" on the WB. Thus, if Blacks and Black leaders urge the boycotting of Sinclair-owned WB, that would have a tremendous impact.)

Sinclair is in heavy debt. A strong boycott might just harm them enough to destroy their company and protect free speech nationwide!

It's not single handed. That's where your wrong. I mean, another way you're wrong.

good luck

This "boycott" is going to backfire onto the Democrates. They are just drawing more attention to it, causing more people to want to see what is up with the documentary.

You would think they could learn that eventually. I see another thread where the libs are trying to still prove John Kerry is right about Vietnam. But this time to prove it they are quoting commanders from the Vietcong. I mean seriously you have to ask yourself at some point, will this help our cause?

Silence is never an option. The Germans were silent during WWII. Those opposing racial inequities in the U.S. were silent. Silence is not a good plan.
Trying to cow people into not acting in the face of this outrage is even worse.

What is wrong with allowing opposing viewpoints?

Isnt that what is wrong about communism?

Ask Sinclair Broadcasting that!
the Sinclair Broadcast Group -- which reaches about a quarter of the U.S. population -- "has ordered its ABC-affiliated stations not to carry tomorrow's Nightline, which will air the names and photos of soldiers who have been killed in combat in Iraq."
Says Sinclair General Counsel Barry Faber : "We find it to be contrary to the public interest."

Sinclair executives are major financial backers of President Bush's political campaigns.

Update: Sen. John McCain wrote to protest the decision calling it "unpatriotic."

Thanks for the list Dan. Now I can easily check to see if a local station available on my cable system is broadcasting the show.

Sinclair is not owned by the public. They can do whatever they want with their business.
Boycotting is the only thing you can do.

Actually, I didn't appreciate the Dixie Chicks stunt at the time. I felt it was dumb of them to alienate their customers (fans in this case).

You're probably right, though I see some argument about "public airwaves".
