Looks like a joke... Arabic word for butthole? No one is stupid enough to think of that as a subliminal message. It would only be one if the viewer knew Arabic.
 
hehe, I was seriously shocked at the stupidity of the article until the last few sentences. At least they gave some indication that it's a joke.
 
Nimer believes that perhaps the biggest danger presented by the film is that the film's star, hunky Keanu Reeves, bears striking similarity to a young Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, the architect of the 1982 Sabra and Shatilla massacres.
