Talk radio is now saying that Burger King was one of the bigger players in pressuring Sinclair broadcasting to stop the airing of the criticisms of John Kerry.

I, for one, am officially boycotting Burger King. I think all who believe in freedom of speech should also do so.

I would encourage all Kerry supporters to get those Whoppers. Lets see who's consumer buying speaks louder!

Uhh, it had nothing to do with Burger King being for or against the documentary, it's just that corporations don't want to get anywhere near something that controversial (generally speaking). So, by pulling their sponsorship, that hurts the ability to air it.

Same reasons why The Reagans didn't air on CBS, or why Bill Maher isn't on ABC anymore.

Did you boycott all those corporations that caused that to happen? No? Didn't think so.

Of course, if "talk radio" said it, it must be true!

The irony of your proposed boycott is rich indeed - Sinclair should have freedom of speech, but BK shouldn't be able to use its advertising revenue as it wishes? This boycott is stupidity of the highest order.

If you want a reason to boycott BK, do it because their food is riddled with fat and sugar, and has little to no nutritional value. Boycott McDonald's, Wendy's, Jack in the Box, Carl's Jr., and the rest of them too if you want a long and healthy life.

The last time I ate at Burger King was 1998 at a combo gas station in a AZ border town on the way to LA. Prior to that was in 1993.

The food is pretty much skanky. :(

If you've been spending much money at burger king up until this point, you most likely have other issues that should take priority.
