Boxing or Jiu-Jitsu?

Not boxing. Kickboxing if anything! 🙂 That'll get you way buff and entails a lot of skill. Jiu-jitsu is mainly skill oriented, but doesn't entail strength training in the actual art. So it really depends on the way you want to go.

This place is only 15 minutes away. They do jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. I think I'm gonna try that!

Boxing: aerobic excercise
Brazilian Jiujitsu: anaerobic

you would think so. try jiujitsu and you will see it is AEROBIC.

Both together are great. Weaknesses of a boxer are his legs/feet and grappling--you can use judo techniques for grappling.
