Boxed AMD XP3200+ Question

What brand of heatsink/fan do the boxed XP3200+'s have?

I ask because I just purchased a bundled mobo / boxed cpu. I had the cpu/heatsink installed and tested before shipping. It came crammed in to the mobo box, but w/o the boxed cpu box/packaging. I'm kinda pissed about the packing, and I just want to make sure I didn't get a bare cpu w/ some spare heatsink stuck on there.

It has a coolermaster fan, aluminium upper w/ what appears to be either a copper base or copper spacer.
