$118 out-the-door for 3200 is a very nice price if you already have a CPU cooler. The retail CPU cooler is worth about $8.

i have a venice 3000+, but the one time i tried to OC it corrupted my boot sector so i couldn't start windows, forcing me to reformat, and i've been scared to try ever since to try again which was a while ago and i originally bought this chip to OC it. does anyone have any advice on how to safely OC it? i have a shuttle sn25p
