Im going to be ordering my C2d e6400 in about 10-15 days, and Im trying to narrow down a mobo.

So far i was deciding on a ds3 or a p5b. I do plan on overclocking slightyly prolly to 2.8 or so. But recently ive heard about the intel Bad-axe board BOXD975XBXLKR
and i havent heard much talk about it in regards to conroe build. So is this board good? reliable? any problems? overclock ok? memory compatability issues?
