Bowlers: How much does your strike ball weigh?

Depends on the league. As I said, USBC has no minimum, but individual leagues can impose a limit if they wish. I have been on several with a 12/10 limit. I don't know why any serious bowler would use anything less than that anyway.

It's been so long since I've bowled I don't even know what my ball weighs. I'm pretty sure it's 16 pounds though.

Oddly enough, one of the best bowlers I know often uses a 9 lb ball. I can't get used to throwing something that light...but he's consistently over 200 and kicks my butt most times.
