Okay, I'm going to be cooking Bourbon chicken. What goes good with that? I need a vegetable and a starch.

Thank you:)

Rice.

BTW, why are all those 'cajun grills' in mall food courts owned by Asians...and the food is served Asian-style (pick any meat, any vegetable, and rice for $5.99!!) Even tastes like Asian food..heh 'Ajun Cajun'.

I was thinking more of a style of rice/potato and a style of veggies...that bread does sound good though...might have to blow the dust off my bread maker!

Wow Elfenix! After eating a meal at your house...I'm sure everyone would be passed out under the table! :) Thanks for the suggestions though:)

1/4C bourbon
1/4C soysauce
a bit of grated ginger

Marinate the chicken in that. Then cook

I like to cook the Chicken in the marinade....as it really soaks up the flavour:)

Hmm.. Yeah. The bourbon chicken I was talking about has a sauce that they put on the rice for you.. Sooo good...
