bought xbox holiday bundle but didn't get the games

i bought the xbox holiday bundle from compusa and i forgot to get the two bonus games! i thought they were included inside the box but when i got home, i didn't see them inside and read the label on the box, and it said to "See store assoicate to get your games"
will they believe me if i show them my receipt to request my bonus games tomorrow? i'm so bummed =(
