Bought Win XP Pro OEM...I have a question?

I am putting together a new system and have already bought the full version of Win xp pro but I'm only licensed for the one machine which I(err,the wife) will keep running, so I needed to get another copy of win xp pro for my new system...I had three options, buy a license for another machine($106), buy an OEM copy($138), or buy the full install again($269.) I bought the OEM copy, my question is, will I have any problems? It will install just like the full install version correct? Thanks for any info as I still have a small window for cancelling the order...🙂
 
Its the same OS. No issues. Well, other than the weekly if not daily security hole discoveries. But those come standard on any microsoft OS.
 
Thanks you guys! 🙂 After I printed out the receipt it said user is aware of OEM..blah blah blah...and I got alittle concerned. Yes alot of holes and alot more service pack updates...Thanks again 🙂
