Bought toothpaste and it contains formaldehyde

I thought formaldehyde was a known carcinogen.

edit: double checked. It is.

You're a fucking tard. This proves it. Your logic is so bad.

Btw, anyone notice the topic at the top of the forum talking about some UN thing? I always read it as UK and I get all worried. Then I realized it was UN after I read the inside and I was like, "Oh... whooptie fuckin'do. That's nothing new."

baking soda and wet toothbrush for the win. This is all I've used since like 5 and never one cavity. Over 30 years - not one cavity. Got my teeth cleaned last week, was commented that you don't see many ppl my age with no fillings or cavities. . . I don't floss either. . . although, I don't advocate that. . . I'm just lazy.

I do think some of it is genetic, though. . . how good your teeth are that is. . .

Regular cleanings at a dentist?

I've never had a cavity either and sometimes my brushing is total garbage... and I eat all the sweets in the world.

We have toothpaste snobs now?

"I don't use that premade shit from the big-wig companies. I only use my own homemade stuff."

sounds like hippie shit to me. like using those deodorant salt crystal stick things.

then again I do like Arm and Hammer baking soda stuff....

I live in India and use Colgate, whenever I brush. I dont know of anyone who uses Meswak here. Wonder how that stuff ends up in the US :S

Ah, I've heard of meswak. I think it's big in Islamic areas. I've wanted to give the branches a try. It's supposed to be pretty good for your teeth and gums.

Never trust anything that tries to be natural or "nature's cure" or some shit like that. Scientists put a lot of work into finding which chemicals are good and which chemicals are bad. High school dropouts (ie herbalists) say fuck science and just use the whole plant, including the parts that are dangerous.
