Bought Tom Tom GPS GO910 and having problems returning it

Just looking for any advice...

dxkj.. Why do people like you continue to post threads that contribute nothing? Why cant you just let it go? Does it really brighten up your day that much?

Update: Went back to the store today and reamed the salesperson and manager. They gave me a full refund.

If you got the 2nd one home and it was defective, why would you be charged a restocking fee? You need a replacement/exchange and since they didn't have one available, a full refund would be in order. You should have been able to resolve this when you went back the 1st time.

Glad you got your refund.

Lesson learned: if an item is clearly not new, don't accept it no matter how bad you want something.
