Bought T-Shirt, says it was delievered but I don't have it

Bought a T-Shirt through an online company. The mailed it out USPS on Thursday March 29th. Tracking says it was delivered on Saturday March 31st. I do not have said package.

Should I contact the seller or try and go through USPS. Or am I screwed?

Contact local PO first. If they can not account for it contact seller. Not signed for, seller issue

Still nothing in the mail today. Emailed seller to see if they have any idea. No response yet. I don't have a PO box but I haven't gone and check the post office yet. No one in the house has seen or heard of a package for me that arrived on Saturday.
