Bought phone from Cingular today. Can I return tomorrow with no punishments?

I bought a cell phone at the Cingular store today. After playing with it for a few hours, I hate it and want to return it.

The receipt says 30 day return policy, but doesn't elaborate too much. Will I be able to walk in and get my money back (buy a different phone)?

I hear they condone spankings for next day returns.. a minor punishment by most accounts, but a punishment none-the-less.

I bet you could return it. "This phone fails to not meet my expectations.. I'd like a replacement, forthwidth!"

Nope. Samsung SGH-c417.

I wanted an ultra thin phone. I loved the thinness of my Razr.

And yah, the Razr sucked but it:
easily made phone calls
easily made text messages
was thin and easy to carry in my pocket

it's a store like any other store. think of it as a compusa or bestbuy.
