Bought HP Pavilion notebook. Any software worth keeping?

All these new boxes come with so much crap.. so i'm sitting here removing things one by one.

Does anybody know if any of these progs/utils are actually decent/of any use?

Or should I just wipe it all?

No problem at all. My dv1000 came with all sorts of junque installed. It also came with 2 DVDs, one for apps and drivers, and the other for the OS, and a CD for the HP Quick-Play system.

I wiped and installed XP-Pro fresh. Then added the drivers I needed from the DVD and restored Quick-Play. No problems.

The biggest plus was getting rid of HP's own help stuff and getting back the standard XP version.
