Bought an ASUS K55VJ-SX120D notebook. Some queries.

It's been with me for like 1 hour now and the DVD drive has popped out by itself about 4 times. What's with this and how do I fix it?

When I'm on Facebook the font size keeps changing by itself. How do I stop this?

does that have one of the click pads. You might be brushing the clickpad and inadvertently engaging their "gestures" If it is a clickpad and you have an elantech controlpanel you should turn off the gestures for zooming (and all others...wait until it starts sending half completed emails for you).

regarding the DVD drive, if it has any sort of hardware issues identify them soon and get the devicere turned for a new one while in your RETAILER'S window of opportunity. I have been dealing with Asus factory support for 10 months, and it has been painful.
