Somewhere between the keyboard and PC, info is getting lost. I, slowly and carefully, typed "qwerty" repeatedly, and this is what I got:

qwerty
qwerty
wety
qwety
qrt
qwerty
qwer
qerty
qwery
qerty
qwerty
qerty
wety
qty
qwerty
qwerty
werty
wety
qwrt
qrty
qwer
qwerty
qerty

You can see that *tons* of data is being lost.

The kb/mouse in question can be found here: website

Any ideas to get it working?

I only have my cell phone (and my roommate's), but they're all the way across the room (I have no idea what frequency cell phones use). I live in an apartment though, and don't know what the people beneath me might have.

Is there an option in the mouse/keyboard properties to change the channel it operates on?

I am on a logitech wireless and haven't had the loss you are seeing

Nope, no option to change the channel it operates on. Maybe it's supposed to do that automatically?

I'm wondering if I should return it and maybe try a logitech or MS one instead, and see if that works better.
