Bought a new setup... am I good?

Im currently running a 2400+M with an 8rda+ and 512 of ram. My stuff is getting tired. My wife needs a new pc and she could have this one.

I bought most of this off NewEgg and the video card from this forum. Heres a list of what I got...
OCZ 700GSXSLI Power supply
Abit IP35 Pro motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale
OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB)
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler
XFX GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB XXX Edition Video Card
LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD Burner
I've got a case and 500gb sata drive here for it.

I might game it moderately some day. I dont have time right now. I may overclock it a little but nothing extreme at all. I just need something that wont start lagging around when Im encoding DVD's or burning DVD's. I just need a nice upgrade is all.
Am I good?

Traditionally, one asks for feedback on a proposed list of components (in order to analyse flaws, incompatibilities and potential chances to save money) before one buys the products. Unless I post this at 88mph you'll not be able to act on my advice...

Gigabyte EP35-DS3L is cheaper.
G.Skill 4GB DDR2-1000 $85
You bought a 320MB 8800GTS instead of a G92 256MB/512MB version!! No! Bad!
