I couldn't stand it :(.

Bought it a month ago and it gave me hand cramps. The top of my hand was sore from using it even for shorter periods. Funky my logitech mouse at work doesn't do this. The G7 was just a bad shape for me I guess. I had to sell it on ebay.

Loved the accuracy and no delay of it. I'm now back to a wired mouse and I stopped using my p!ss poor MS Wireless IntelliMouse explorer. The one that came out 4yrs ago.

The lack of a forwards button p!sssed me off to no end. Changing the speedup or speed down button didn't help as then I couldn't change the speed the other way once I have set it down :(. WHY the n o forwards button?!

mx700 FTW

I don't notice any lag time before it starts moving, course, I run hacked driver that doesn't buffer nearly as much and will take all reports that come in, not just 200/s or w/e. Anyway, I like the weight of the mx700; any lighter and when I start tossing the thing around, it lifts up and kills the tracking.

Could you please post or PM a link to the hacked driver you're talking about? I'm guessing it doesn't make much difference, but never hurts to try! Thanks.

I like the weight of the MX700 as well, but I'd really prefer if it was centered more to the top of the mouse rather than the base, so that it would be easier to control the momentum with your palm.

Personally I'd have no problem with a mouse with only the back button. I've never used the forward before, and it's mainly because I usually just don't go forward in my browser.
