Bought a 'new but opened' BlueTooth Headset of eBay

So i get the item, it arrived pretty quickly, ordered Sunday night, arrived Wed, not bad. So i open it up pair it with the phone and i need to chagne the earpeice thingy, and when i was doing that i noticed a crack in the casing by the battery cover. Its about 1 inch long, but it doesn't really affect the functionality of the unit. But as it was sold in 'new' condition, im thinking i want a refund+plus shipping refund. What do you guys think?

but i found a much better one for $5 more (found it after i saw the crack). I figured i could get my money back this way, lol.

did you mention it to the seller? He might give you a a couple of bucks back instead of a full refund.

as far as return shipping... hmmm... that might be a bit much. if i ever have a problem, i expect back what i paid for an item... it return ship at my expense.
