I'm quite disappointed in this notebook. When I click on a link it doesn't want to go. anything to make it work better before I return it? I updated it too. perhaps it's the vpn?

1. Try a different browser?
2. Try plugging in a USB mouse?
3. Try using an ethernet cord instead of wi-fi?

It has problems. I was able to navigate to this site OK, but when I try to click the touchpad sometimes it stops functioning. It came from China through qvc.I tried canceling it but it was too late
