Bought a Dell True mobil 1150 PCMCIA wireless card. How do I find out if its an orinoco gold or silver rebadge?

well, the only difference is 128 vs. 64 bit encryption, right?

can you check if it will do 128-bit?

I bought a Dell TrueMobile 1150 a few months ago, mine does 128 bit WEP so mine's an Orinoco Gold.

Best card ever and it only cost me $58 direct from Dell :D

btw, what does Dell true mobile 1150 do with Orinoco gold/silver? Are they from the same manufacturer?

I am thinking of buying a wireless router, a good on Dlink DI 614+ now, how's the dlink? I bougth dlink switch, dlink router, dlink wireless card, but the recent dlink router I bought really gave me a headache, so I do think I need to check it carefully before buying. :(

I've had the 614+ since the beginning of August and it's been spectacular. Great interface, tons of features to play with and really cheap now. Definitely recommend it.
