Bought a cheap 40gb HD from newegg, what are some FREE utilities that will do what DriveImage does?

I bought a cheap $50 maxtor HD 40gb from newegg, I need a free utility that will copy the contents of my old 15gb (very slow) to the new one. The old drive is running WinXP Pro in NTFS format.

normally the software comes with them, but maybe thats only the retail box.
 
Its OEM. I checked maxtor's website they only offer PowMax which a drive diagnostic utility.
 
You should have spent $19 more and get a 160 GB drive from frys.
