Yay, I got my first ticket today!

Isn't dealer supposed to be inspect the car by state regulation, and put the fxcking sticker on windshield upon delivery? At least that's what Massachusetts dealers do. I know it's my fault that I didn't realize about the sticker, but it's so funny that no one told me about this when I brought my car for the scheduled service. (The best part, it's fxcking BMW, supposed to be one of the most educated dealer, isn't it?)

Anyway, what's common sense? I bought my car last October, btw, so it's about 9 months since I bought my Bimmer there.

I am surprised about myself as well. (And last time another officer stopped me for warning, he didn't care) To be honest, I was stupid moron since I thought that sticker is only required to certain older models (and I thought that's why mine didn't have one upon delivery).

Guess it was just unlucky day for me. But it's also very interesting no one cared about the sticker for 9 months. If someone (Officer, dealer, whoever) warned me before, it would be an easier fight against the dealer.

Still fight them, you paid a $29 fee for it when you bought your car if you bought it in MA.

Yes, the dealer is supposed to inspect it, but ultimately, YOU are responsible for making sure it's there.

But if you go back to the dealer, they might help you out anyway.
