Dude, you misled in your originalpurchase and therefore should be able to return the item for a refund. He should be liable to refund you the purchase price, but not s&h.

Its up to you.

Not all eVGA comes with Doom3, it was bundled later on.

It DOES NOT say anywhere it was bundled, it was just a search keyword. I disagree with his title though, it should not have been included.

That said, I disagree even more so with your response. Your negative feedback was uncalled for. If you have ANY questions about the item for sale, you should have contacted the seller, not just ASSUME it was including a free game. Common sense goes a long way.

Just chalk it up as a lesson learned, be sure to read the description and fully comprehend everything listed for any items you purchase on ebay, and be sure to contact the seller with any questions you might have.

I'm not gonna go through that trouble Morison :), besides it's true it doesn't say it anywhere.

I'm definitely going to do that this time, but you didn't read the thread. He was a slow sender... he can't even coherantly answer my questions. (he's obviously not used to english)

how is he morally depraved? because you misread his auction and assumed a game was included that wasn't? i would say he doesn't know he screwed you. he probably thinks you're some kind of nutcase at this point. rule of thumb on ebay: IF YOU AREN'T SURE, ASK THE SELLER BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR BID.

how does that make him vile? being a slow sender doesn't make you morally depraved. did it say anywhere that everything ships out next day? i've had newegg send things out 4 days after i ordered them, does that make newegg vile? i'm thinking no...

I didn't 'place a bid' I bought it now, becuase I was in a hurry.

He didn't mention anything about it not being included, or being included, but he mentioned 'DOOM' in the title.

He didn't apologize in the email 'your loss'... he counted on me not noticing.

Getting it shipped in a week is fast, in my opinion. I remember when I purchased a Powermac 9600 off of ebay, and it took almost a month to recieve it. I had to hassle the guy, to make sure he shipped it. In his auction, he said it would come with a fresh install of Mac OS 9. He also upgraded the processor to a G3 400. He said he would include the original processor too. This is what ticked me off. When the computer arrived, there was NO OS installed. What pissed me off even more, is that he put a Powermac G4 software install cd, which can boot into OS 9, and since its a model specific cd, it wouldnt install on the Powermac 9600. I think he tried tricking me into thinking there was an OS installed, because the computer will automatically boot off the cd. Another thing that pissed me off, is that he did not include the original processor as he stated in his auction. And it took him almost a month to ship the computer. He did respond to my emails for a while, but then stopped. I left him negative feedback, but never heard from the guy. He didnt even leave me feedback.

Something like this would be necessary to leave a negative feedback.

it doesn't even say doom 3. would you have been happy if he'd thrown in a copy of the original doom?

Fisher, that was about the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

I now REALIZE it wasn't supposed to... him not responding to my CD-Key question was also important.

*Going to bed, let it die.

Doom is in the title so that people searching for DOOM will see the video card. Not great manners, but that's practice on Ebay. You should retract your feedback.

You did admit you shouldn't have assumed that it came with the game. You didn't say that the card was damaged or didn't work and you didn't say it was not factory sealed when you received it. In fact you said you "haven't use it yet" So just because it didn't come with DOOM 3, you are not satisfied with the product?!?!:Q. All in all, the seller did come through on his end of the deal. Taking four days to receive the item shouldn't have entail giving the seller a neg. If the seller was belligerent in his subsequent messages to you, you didn't mention that in this thread. This is just plain buyer's remorse. Move on, already! In fact, if you want to be done with it, just sell it and hope that the person buying it from you can read and understand english and will not harass you about not getting DOOM 3 bundled with the card!:laugh::D:|:Q:p:cool::p:Q:|

I think it says a lot when the seller has 1 negative from the past 6 months and 2 from the past 12 months, with lots of positive.

I wonder how you came up with your name "insolence" Hmmm

Who cares if he didnt respond to the email. He was probably like WTF is he talking about. You said so yourself you got impatient and clicked buy it now before waiting for a reply anyways.
