bought a 200gb, make it primary, or keep 40gb as primary

I just bought a 200gb WD 200JB hdd.. make it my primary drive, and use the 40gb for redhat,
or, keep the 40gb as primary, add the 200gb as data, and use an old 10gb for linux (is 10gb plenty of space?)
