[ctrl] [end] works for me. To be honest, i've never noticed the top or bottom buttons.

You don't need to type ctrl+end, End by itself has the same effect. 🙂

i'm not really sure if this is what linkie was meant , but Page Up and Page Down work just fine here. (winXP)
