Bottleneck question

Hi i was wondering if there is a way to reduce the bottlenecking from a video card without changing it. I have a geforce3 ti200 64 meg in a p3 866 with 384 megs of ram and i was wondering if anyone thinks that the geforce3 is a bottleneck to the computer. Its possible for me to switch to a geforce2 but i dont know if it will be any better. I was wondering if you had any opinions or suggestions before I make the switch. thanks in advance. The rig is mostly used to play counter-strike 1.6.
