I have a pentium III 750mHz, I just got a new gainward GeForce 3 Ti 200 that hasn't arrived yet, am I bottlenecked??
 
It really depends on the game. Some are more CPU intensive while some of them run fine without a fast cpu.

A faster processor wouldn't hurt though.
 
I would say yes. I'm in a similar boat as you. (PIII-700). Anyway, Northwood 1.6 and P4B266 is on its way 😀
