If so, how many times is your limit. And even better if you have an actual success story. :p

The number of times you ask a girl out depends on how much you like her and want to spend time with her. Always give it more than one shot though. :)

Why should I try more than once? They'll just keep saying 'no' :p

It also depends upon your age.
If you are my age, you might get arrested, but when I was in high school you could get laid just by throwing rocks at their bedroom window.

She might not say no the second time. It really depends on the girl.

Her answer.

Regardless of what any woman might say is true for her, no woman can deny that there loads of women who enjoy the cat and mouse game. Women say that no means no, but guess what, what they do is another thing altogether.

I cannot count on my fingers and toes the number of examples where a woman said no to a guy's advances, but later said yes to a second, third, or fourth time.

That isn't to imply that you should be aggressive, calling her incessantly, trolling her neighborhood, following her where ever she goes. That is never appropriate.

Depends on how they say no. I would say in most cases don't bother because then it's just hounding and later you'll realize how much of a hopeless as you were. Of course milage may vary - it really depends on her reason for saying no. If it's "I have to pick my nose on saturday" that means don't ask again.

The one and only way i would ask a woman out a second time would be if she were pretty plain the first time around that she already had plans, and said she would agree if i asked her on another occassion.
Her saying "no" without futher explanation means i don't ask again. Her saying, "i already have plans to do something with my family that day, but if you want to we can do lunch sometime" means i'll ask again another time.

Completely depends on the person.

Me and my GF got together without ever asking each other. It just clicked.

If they say no the first time, you can bet I will not ask again. I don't beg for dates...

well, that's my preferred way, all the girls I've hooked up with in the past chased me down, which was great because then I don't have to do anything.

But now that I'm an engineering student, there aren't any girls at all so I have to be more aggressive when I'm around others. For this single reason, if I had to be an engineering major all over again, I don't think I would.

My one and only girlfriend (throughout my entire life) called me up and asked me to a movie. Two months later and we're having the best time of our lives. :)

I ask once, that's it. If the girl doesn't like me enough at that point to go out with me, I don't want to pursue her anyway.

It does depend on the situation, though. I can see some where it could be a good thing, but most of the time I figure I'd just come off as being a pest.

I say once is enough, I wouldn't ask someone more than once it just seems cheap. You should go on being NICE to her but I think its her that should make the next move NOT you, if she likes you she'll remember you're interested.
