While i cant point you to the correct rice or rice cooker i do know that the stickyness of the rice does depend on what kind of rice you buy. My dad just got a huge bag of really good rice from a japanese market in New York. A rice cooker is really the only good way to cook rice in my opinion...a pot just doenst do it justice.
