Both wired and wireless working slow?

Hey guys, I just installed win10 on a brand new 1TB HDD but wired net connection is working slow and wireless is working intermittently but also sometimes showing as connected and sometimes not. This is a Cyberpowerpc branded Laptop with Model number Fangbook HX6, help please?

I am not understanding why both types of net connections would have problems, usually it is one or the other but not both.

Pages/sites taking too long to load with wired connection and wireless connection same deal but sometimes shows as not connected.

You are losing internet connection even on wired? And no other devices have issues with connectivity?

Look for updated nic driver and uninstall reinstall?

Check the nic antenna snapon connecion as well.

If the hdd was missing, who knows if they messed with the antenna.

I had thought the wired module and pci adapter would be 2 separate pieces of hardware so why both not work?
Maybe the wired ethernet also malfunctioned? You said you installed new Win10 on a new HDD and TP-Link WiFi worked well, and all other devices on the local network also worked without problem.

Most of cheap made PC/laptop uses Realtek /Marvell LAN chips that cost $USD 1 or less, yet Intel adapter will cost you $20.
