I just got my expiry notice this morning. I won't be re-upping because I don't want to pay $40-50 year to have unlimited access to junk bin indie games. I will get my plus membership again if/when they make available a quality aaa title, like they have in the past.I too got the email saying my sub expired. Nice that the worthless company can send out emails but can't keep their website up and functioning. I won't be re-upping.

Playstation store on ps4 just loaded for me.
2014 has been a pretty disappointing year for gaming overall though. Well, unless you're a Wii U owner.
Umm the system is just a year old, they aren't going to be giving away fairly newish $60. It'll be the same as it was on the PS4, the games we got were older games, many great ones but older. We won't be getting good games for a while.I just got my expiry notice this morning. I won't be re-upping because I don't want to pay $40-50 year to have unlimited access to junk bin indie games. I have a PS3 and Plus copies over to that. They stopped giving decent games away with Plus for the PS3 as well. Most of it is indie trash or so esoteric (e.g. justice league) that it doesn't have a broad appeal. Bioshock infinite and metro last light were examples of solid titles. Outlast was the one that stands out for me on the PS4.Umm the system is just a year old, they aren't going to be giving away fairly newish $60. Psn hasn't worked for me all day today. I'm about tired of this shit, since the 24th I've only been able to play one day online
No, it's not hard in the slightest. Have they DDoSed the World of Warcraft and The Elder Scrolls Online servers for the same reason? Not that I've heard. Whether you like what they're doing or not, it doesn't justify the action. At the end of the day, they offer a service for a monetary return, and if you don't like it, don't buy it. I was pissed when EA started the Online Pass thing in 2010. Did I go try to destroy their services? No, I just didn't buy any games from them for about 5 years.
Optional gaming prices don't justify what is borderline cyber terrorism, and probably harassment, at the minimum. Shoot, even the game in your sig, Rift, was pay-to-play at its beginning. Did you try to DDoS it for that?
read an article supposedly from someone within lizard and said they had been targeting psn and xbl because of them charging for the online portion of the service.
hard to hate them after hearing that![]()
the only way I got back online was by setting up the internet connection again, leaving most everything automatic but setting MTU to 1473 instead of 1500. I read it on twitter and it was the only thing that fixed it.
Hi guys. ddos retards are not hackers. Kthxbye

So you're telling me that gaining control of enough bandwidth to send the largest attack on record, three times the size of the previous largest DDoS, requires zero hacking ability?
In fact, they simply sat at home, and used their OWN PC to do this?
When you over simplify an attack like this you sound like a retard yourself.
The vast majority of the participants have zero ability to hack up a chicken, let alone another. Most of these are a single person writes a script or program to do the DDoS and distributes it either as malware or an executable to idiots willing to take part.
The size of the attack is disturbing, as it shows they (lizard squad) either have a vast network of infected PCs (large botnet) they can use at will, or they have a large amount of idiots willing to saturate their connection with request spam. Also, it is Lizard Squad themselves making the size claim, so I'd take it with a grain of salt.

neck breathers
Taking advantage of weaknesses in a system is tactically competent, even if it entails using a lot of pawns to do it.The vast majority of the participants have zero ability to hack up a chicken, let alone another. The awareness that Cloud computing is very prone to being hacked and being taken down by DDoS GUI tools anyone can download on the internetWat? What awareness is being raise?
