we could go back and forth - mccain and keating. obama and ayers. palin and her secessionist links. biden and his corpoarte links. mccain and his arizona land developer. obama and rezko. obama and wright. palin and her anti-semite church.

should be fun.

but ill leave it at that while i think obama is flawed, i know mccain is even more flawed.

and to further clarify, mccain and palin are a part of the disease that has helped destroy this country. they are part of the disgusting party that has brought us 8 years of regressive rule - of exploiting the deaths of 9/11 for a pet war planned before that happened. they have injected the politics of discrimination into government wherever they can - going as so far to propose amending the constitution to discriminate against one group because of sexual preference. they are a part of the cancer that will destroy america. they are a part of an economic desire that will try to get us back to feudalism. they, in one word, are rather hideous creatures.

the dems are flawed and have their pieces of shit. but the republican party is in an of itself now inherently flawed and wholly a piece of shit.

fuck the decrepit mccain and his sidekick hick sarah palin. trying to put someone a heartbeat away from the presidency that has shown zero interest in any issue international or even national for that matter - after criticizing obama's experience even.

fuck them both.

take america back - keep these shitheads out of washington. and if red state america wants those kind of scumbags running the show - i say give them america, blue state america can make her own nation - without such cavemen having as much of a say in taking the country down with their regressive views.

there are, however, plenty of blog sites out there ;)

if you want to vote for bush 2x then mccain, more power to you.

however, you want a different type of government than america needs. why not give the evangelicals their little nation?

an america not held back by social conservative issues would be a better america. i dont think anyone can disagree with that. and to the social conservatives, being able to run a government without these sinning homosexuals having rights in it would be a good thing.

it would be better for the health of this entire nation if we were split in two. we could be friends in commerce for sure, and strong allies - but the paralysis of this country is driven by this fundamental divide.

my solution solves it.

I want to vote for the guy who said this:

Now even as we speak, there are those who are preparing to divide us -- the spin masters, the negative ad peddlers who embrace the politics of "anything goes." Well, I say to them tonight, there is not a liberal America and a conservative America -- there is the United States of America...

The pundits, the pundits like to slice-and-dice our country into Red States and Blue States; Red States for Republicans, Blue States for Democrats. But I?ve got news for them, too. We worship an "awesome God" in the Blue States, and we don?t like federal agents poking around in our libraries in the Red States. We coach Little League in the Blue States and yes, we?ve got some gay friends in the Red States. There are patriots who opposed the war in Iraq and there are patriots who supported the war in Iraq. We are one people, all of us pledging allegiance to the stars and stripes, all of us defending the United States of America.

eloquent and spoken with lofty rhetoric - but back here in reality, america IS divided.

and fundamentally so.

it is high time we start to recognize the reality on the ground. we have spent enough time these last many years getting into shitstorm after shitstorm because we have not seen the reality on the groundd.

I think the point was not America was devided, but that Obama recognizes that. Those were his words afterall from the 2004 DNC.

of course obama cant say, even if he believed it, that there is a distinct difference between the fundamental values of two different americas - differences that more and more seem to be so fundamental that we may be better off with drastic change.

i think there can be a solid argument for keeping america as one, but i do also think the same can be argued for a split of sorts. an amicable split.

so one's food supply only has to come from within one's borders? fascinating idea, i mean these days, we only get food we grow ourselves now right?

regardless, to clarify - i have always stated an amicable split, we should be friends in commerce and more - this is not to create two enemy states, but two friendlier states that will function better as two.
