Was expecting it to be some mexican job. A bit scary, but I suppose if she'd researched it properly she would have been fine. And now she probably gets to sue the shit out of the doctor.

Uh, quite. I read the entire article and understood the bit about her eyes. And my issue isn't about legality. I too see that she may have a right to malpractice money if everything in the article is true.

Again, that wasn't my point.

That's called battery, if the patient didn't authorize the eye procedure. The DA should seriously be looking into filing criminal charges against this surgeon.

Without her knowledge or permission, the surgeon had also nip/tucked her eyelids, leaving Rodriguez with eyes that to this day cannot close all the way.
