Brighton or allston?

I'm moving to Brighton sometime this year most likely.

I am in Allston, right on the Harvard Ave T stop. Brighton is only a mile away at most.

Edit: Ah yes the HOJO was transformed into freshman BU housing I believe over 2 years ago I believe. Im not sure since I don't go to BU (Im an Northeastern U grad student)

BTW, Brighton is where the real estate rates start to get reasonable for both renting and owning.

Brighton is a good place IMO...even though schools really stink compared to places like Weston and Lexington. Oh, watch out for that one Jewish kid named Gregory Brooks. He'll cheat you out of your money if you don't threaten to stick a foot up his @$$. BTW, I lived right by Chestnut Hill Reservoir and end of the C line...

Yes. It's just your cheesy HoJo. My former BU roommate was stuck there for two months while waiting for a dorm room. Fortunately, I got to stay at the Hilton in Copley. This was nearly 20 years ago so I'm sure things have changed quite a bit since I was in college.
