I have a set of Boston BA7500 speakers that i've had for about 6 years now. They are awesome speakers with sub but I haven't been able to use them since I upgraded to Vista because they require a digital out and my sound card isn't and will not be supported for vista 64 at any point in the future.
I do have a nice set of sennheiser HD590 that are great and are what I have been using in their place for some time now but I like having the ability to listen to speakers on occasion as well.
My question is should I ditch the Bostons and try to get another decent set of speakers/sub or see if I can find a card with digital out with 64 bit Vista support?
Seems like I should probably give up the Bostons but I love those speakers

If you like your Bostons, I suggest just getting a decent card with digital out.

This might be overkill for what you need, but I use an Ht Omega Striker 7.1 in my HTPC to connect to my Onkyo 705 and the built in 5.1 DD/DTS encoder sounds fantastic and has fully working Vista32/64 bit drivers.
