Question Bosses 2010 MBP deadish, new air, copy HD?

Long story short, my bosses 2010 MBP appeared dead so she wanted me to order an new MBA, which I did, she gave me the "dead" MBP and I got it to turn on and load. She still wants the new air and to copy her data over. The MBP has Sierra on it. How can I copy all the data and apps to the new MBA? Easily, otherwise I will just do a new install. I aint got time for macs.

Yea, it came in a couple of hours ago and the migration thing popped up! Nice, taking 6 hours tho. I wish the air had Ethernet, I would have been done hours ago!
