So my boss only pays his employees in 15-minute increments. For example, if you clock out at 6:39, you'll onnly get paid up to 6:30. Also, if you're late even by one minute, you won't get paid until the next 15-minute increment begins. For example, if your shift starts at 5:00 but you clock in at 5:01, you won't get paid until 5:15.
