I have the Citibank Diamond Rewards Preferred Card (get points for each dollar spent). I've accumulated a bunch of points and I was going to get some CC Gift Cards, but they took them out.

So now I have a bunch of points. I was eyeing the Bose® QuietComfortable? Noise Cancelling® because frankly, that is the "best" option for me to get; all the other items suck.

Now, I know there are some people who don't buy into the so-call hype of Bose because of the quality for the price. But since I can get them for no money out of my pocket, is the quality of the sound good? Does anyone have any experiences with them? What did you think?

I've read most of the reviews out there which give them about 4/5.

I got these exact headphones as a gift a while back. They're ok, but for sound quality I've owned many Sony's which were better for listening to MP3's and such. They work when it comes to cancelling out external noise, if that's what you want them for. If you're a music listener, I would't recommend them, as there are better cans for less money.

I got to try these in American Airlines business class. I found them to be really nice for noise cancellation and incredibly comfortable even for long periods of time. Don't really know much about sound quality compared to the high end stuff out there though.

Does any have the 2nd version of these headphones??

My neighborhood is starting to kill me with sound, and I need to fight back!

So if someone punches you, do you fight back by putting on a blindfold?
