I prefer to remain a dead one. Atheism just appeals to me more.

The character of Jesus is pretty interesting, but that's not to say he was divine, however.

Yes. I don't think you can be a Christian and not be "born again." The phrase comes from John 3. I think most nonchristians equate "born-again" Christianity with Christian fundamentalists, some of whom are rather extreme and are capable of doing very "unchristianlike" actions in support of their ideals.

I agree 100% :) You can't be a follower of Christ (a Christian) if you don't believe in the Word of GOd, which states that the only way to heaven is through Jesus.
