Finished all my work by 10:30 this morning. Just waiting around for our 1pm site meeting. So bored.

Anyone else have nothing to do all day?
 
I have stuff to do, but it's boring as shit; asbuilting swm structures. Check the bridge? Check the road? Fuck no! We have ditches to shoot! It's a huge waste of time :^S
 
Unfortunately at my job, I'm mostly busy everyday, I do get some time here and there which is why I get to nef on here sometimes.
 
I've been reviewing PowerPoint slides all morning.... *barf*.

Why can't I get paid to look at naked chicks or eat things? That'd be the life for me...

Ugh, I remember those days. Shooting ditches/cross culverts and shooting quantities/stock piles were my least favourite things to survey.

I am usually busy as well, but this job is winding down...from 110 people on site to 3. Yup, pretty slow.

i switched projects last week and am now feeling like a total nub. i went from doing angular and groovy with a mongo db to doing backbone and strictly UI work. never used backbone before so i feel completely lost and am just starting to dig in. not sure how i'm going to like this change though because this feels so archaic compared to angular lol.
 
I've got most everything important done by now, but it was mostly the stuff the guy on vacation would have had to do if he were here. So now I'll take tomorrow off along with the holiday for a longer weekend.
 
Pretty slow for me.

We decided last night to sell the house so I've been putting together a list of all the shit to do to make it happen. Now I'm mad.
 
I've got shit to do, but all my time is focused on creating a map for a Community Plan I'm working on. I'd spend less time on here, but opening ArcMap, my mxd document and redrawing the map with every label I add takes ages...
 
I just received word that I may be busy tomorrow. Might have to review contract and tender items for a large upcoming project. Stuck in the office it looks like.
