From Youtube to the Anandtech forums, it seems as if most if not all people are very bored in their lives. They don't know what to do to pass the time. Some go to museums to temporarily pass the time while others walk around in malls. Or if we have the time and it's convenient, we might even go out for a meal with a friend (which is a great thing). Now that the internet is so mainstream, the ways to entertain oneself are all over the internet, more than ever.
Silly Youtube channels have millions of subscribers wh watch silly videos for hours and hours. Let's not even get started on the countless forums out there where people troll and post all day.
And we are always looking for new ways of entertaining ourselves. New gadgets, new toys, etc. It seems as if boredom is widespread.
Anyway, sorry for the rant. I do all this myself.
Just an observation.
